Section II: Definitions
(a) “We”, “us” “our” and “Chefflavours” are references to the Company

(c) “You”, “your” and “yours” are used to refer the person accessing the Website while placing the order for any goods or services from the Website or any other channel provided by us.

(h) “Participating Restaurant” is the Third Party; which has agreed with the Company to deliver or prepare the goods/food to you.
(i) “Food Delivery” pertains to perishable goods or food products as well as any form of delivery services which are both provided by the Participating Restaurants and the full responsibility for the same rests solely with them.
The contract for supply of Food Delivery made through this Website is between you and the
Food delivery or other Goods & Services purchased by you from this Website are for personal
use only and not for resale. You thus agree that you are the sole and principal beneficiary and not
an agent for any third party.
You expressly warrant that the details furnished by you at the time of ordering to us are accurate
and complete. The Debit/Credit Card details submitted by you are owned by you and have
sufficient funds to make or full payment.
While we take due care for the security of the details and data provided by you to us but we
cannot be held liable if any third party makes any unauthorized access to any such data and any
consequential loss whatsoever.
Generally speaking, all orders made to this Website are treated as confirmed orders.
All orders received by us are subject to delivery capacity, product availability, serviceability and
express acceptance from us and the Participating Restaurant. We send a routine confirmation
email which is produced automatically to enable you to check the details of your order and in
case of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately.
When the Participating Restaurant checks the availability of your ordered items and its
serviceability, it sends it confirmation to ChefFlavors. If everything is in order, you will receive
another confirmation message or SMS of the same.
The confirmation message shall indicate the approximate delivery time specified by the
Participating Restaurant, delivery details and the price of the Food Delivery.
However, if the ordered items are not available or there is no delivery capacity, we shall also let
you know of the same through SMS or email.
Supplies & Payments:
All the prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication and may be altered at
any time in future without any notice. All the charges are in Indian Rupees and we accept the
payment in the same. You are liable for full payment of all Goods dispatched and Services made
to you through this Website.
When you place the order, the total price payable for Food Delivery, Goods and Services which
includes applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed on Website at the time of your
order. Payment has to be made in cash or through online payment options like Debit/Credit Card,
In case you opt for online payment, you will have to do the same in advance through your
Debit/Credit Card. Your card details will be encrypted as a security measure to ensure data
security while transmitting it over the internet.
The final tax invoice shall be issued by the Participating Restaurant for its delivery to the
customer along with the ordered goods or services. All applicable government taxes or levies, its
rate, and applicability are charged by the Participating Restaurants and ChefFlavors has no
responsibility any legal issue that arises out of them.
The transaction of sale of food or other edibles is between Participating Restaurants and
customer. Thus, ChefFlavors is not liable to charge or deposit any taxes or duties on the sale.
Whenever these taxes are collected by us on behalf of Participating Restaurants, these are
remitted as it is to the respective Participating Restaurants.
All the delivery time periods quoted by us at the time of confirmation are indicative only and
may vary while making the actual delivery to the address mentioned by you.
While every effort is made to meet the delivery time committed by us, we are not liable for any
loss that may arise due to any delay whatsoever. In the event of delay, you can directly call the
Participating Restaurant quoting your order number and/or email or contact us by phone. We
will ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible.
In any case of late delivery, the delivery charges will NOT be returned or waived off. CheFlavors
as well as Participating Restaurants shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses due to
In case you fail to accept the Food Delivery when they are ready for delivery or it is undelivered
due to reasons were an adequate instruction or proper authorizations or access are not provided by
you; then the goods will be deemed delivered and you are liable for all costs, risks and
responsibility in respect to your ordered goods.
Cancellations and Refund Policy:
As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled after you receive the confirmation message from
our end. We and the Participating Restaurants reserve the sole right and discretion to accept or
reject any request for order cancellation. We may levy a cancellation charge which can be
recovered from your future order on us if the payment has not been made in advance.
The refunds, if any, shall be applicable only in the case where online advance payments in full
have been made to us for your order. Our decision in all refund matters shall be final and
In case you decide to cancel the order, please contact the Participating Restaurant directly
quoting your Order no. given in the confirmation message. If the Participating Restaurant accepts the cancellation request, no cancellation fee shall be applicable. We shall refund the amount or re-credit your Debit/Credit Card within 7 working days.
However, if the Restaurant does not accept the cancellation for any valid reason like the
preparation is already underway or completed or delivery person has been dispatched, then we
cannot accept the cancellation or process any refund for the ordered items.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the ordered product cannot be made available for any
reason. We shall notify you of our inability and process the refund of such amount that has been
already paid for such order item(s).
In the event, which is rare, you get the delivery of the wrong item, you have the right to refuse
acceptance of such item and accept the balance / partial delivery. The full refund for missing
item shall be made to you. We are not responsible for the wrong or partial delivery and the same
has to be settled with Participating Restaurant directly.
